We are delighted to announce that this year’s Summer Open Day and AGM will be held in July at Cadeby Tree Trust. A massive thank you to Cadeby for allowing us to use their fantastic venue which is ideally located in the centre of the UK. It will be a great opportunity to meet each other and learn in a relaxed environment

In response to your comments at previous open days, we are changing the format so instead of moving around in one large group, we will split in to four groups, so you cover all four topics in smaller groups.

To attend the BCTGA Summer Open Day please email or call us to book your ticket before 7th July. Booking in advance is essential, so we can accurately plan for any Covid requirements and catering etc.
Tickets cost £20 +VAT each (£24) which includes refreshments and a hog roast lunch.
Please provide the following information when booking your ticket/s:
- Number of tickets required
- Company name
- Name of each person attending
- Any dietary requirements
- Any accessibility requirements or venue information needed
- Preferred payment method (BACS/Card/Cheque) – full payment will be required before the event

Hog roast, served in a fresh bread bun with sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. Vegetarian sausages are available for any vegetarian guests.
Hotel Information
We had booked a hotel and arranged a discounted rate but just been informed that the hotel has had to close until the end August. Unfortunately, at this late stage there are no other suitable hotels with the capacity for us to reserve a number of rooms.
We will be staying at the Premier Inn Hinckley Hotel and eating in the next door Marina Brewers Fayre if you would like to join us.
